By using the Cape Cod Sportfishing website and booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or submitting any personal information.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation via email or phone.
  • Deposits may be required to hold your date. Payment details and final balance instructions will be provided upon booking.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Cash.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If you cancel at least 3 days in advance, you may receive a full refund regardless of the circumstances.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled charter may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • In the event of unsafe weather or captain-determined cancellations, we will offer to reschedule or issue a full refund.

3. Weather & Safety

  • Safety is our top priority. The captain reserves the right to cancel, shorten, or reschedule a trip due to weather, sea conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • All guests must follow the captain’s safety instructions at all times while aboard the vessel.

4. Liability Waiver

  • Participation in fishing charters involves inherent risks. By booking a trip, all passengers agree to release Cape Cod Sportfishing and its crew from liability for personal injury, property damage, or other losses, except in cases of proven negligence.

5. Customer Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or illegal.
  • Alcohol is allowed in moderation. Illegal drugs, including the use of marijuana and unsafe behavior, will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund.

6. Use of Website

  • You agree not to misuse this website or interfere with its functionality.
  • All content, including photos, text, and logos, is the property of Cape Cod Sportfishing and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be posted on this page.
